Sawanoi sake brewery was founded in 1702 and is the oldest sake brewery in Tokyo.
You will tour the historic brewery buildings, the main house, gardens, and storage area guided by the 23rd generation head of the brewery, Ozawa Mikio. In storage area,you enjoy a tasting of precious aged sake.

Toshimaya was founded in 1596, when Tokyo was still called Edo, as a sake shop and stand-up bar.
It is Tokyo’s oldest sake shop and is said to be the roots of Izakaya.
