We, the “Sake on the table” project, would to create the blissful time at the world’s dining table with Japan sake.
The uniqueness and diversity of sake, which has been cultivated over a long history,
has enriched the food culture and lifestyle of the Japanese people since ancient times.
Learning about and experiencing Japan sake culture will also lead to learning about the local climates of various regions in Japan and the wisdom of our ancestors that has supported the healthy and long lifespans of the Japanese people. We hope to bring the richness of Japan sake culture to dining tables around the world and to exchange food culture with other countries.
